We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join the team of a prestigious company in the automotive sector.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their questions, guiding them through different situations and providing effective solutions whenever issues arise. Your ability to communicate clearly, listen actively and find solutions will make a real difference to the customer experience.

Your role
Assist customers in Dutch via the available customer support channels.
Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate information.
Understand customer needs and identify the best solution for each situation.
Support customers in resolving issues related to products and services.
Ensure a professional, friendly and positive customer experience.
Follow established procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service.

What we're looking for
Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
Empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
